RE: What the correct path of the local DB in Win10 ?posted in Help & Support
@Marc I'm running windows 10 and I still have that directory. The only difference is theres no space between burst and wallet. C:\Users\Burst\AppData\Roaming\BurstWallet\burst_db. If you're having an issue redownloading it, you could go to Help - Clean up DB via the wallet and see if it downloads there after you login local.

RE: https://wallet.burst-team.us:8125/index.html down again ?!!posted in Help & Support
@DaniloC Use your local wallet. If you're having an issue getting it to fully sync, open the wallet and click Help - Clean up DB.
And this will restart the download of the DB. Once its fully sync'd you dont have to use online wallets. And what pool are you mining in? -

@iKnow0 Almost sounds like your plot didnt finish all the way. If its not a big plot would troubleshoot by replotting.

RE: Wallets down?posted in Help & Support
@Bas19801 Just give it time and let it fully sync. Once its caught up you wont see your cpu resources maxed. Also once its sync'd you'll be able to change your reward without an online wallet

@Bas19801 For the time being use your local wallet till the attacks are over ect. If your DB is corrupted go ahead and clean your DB to restart the download.

@Th3Warm0ng3r Your DB is most likely corrupted. Open up the wallet and click Help - Clean up DB. This just deletes it so the wallet can restart the download.

RE: can not miningposted in Help & Support
@HoangDzung Few answers for ya.
- When you're seeing a balance of zero. You're probably loading your local wallet which is not fully downloaded yet.
- In the top left of the wallet go ahead and set a name. Sent some burst your way so you can do so.
- Never seen that error, might be because of the public key situation?
Have you plotted some space and set your award assignment to join the pool?

So, the more capacity you have, the more of the blockchain you have, correct?
