@haitch with version 1.2.6 I don't see the option of either a online wallet or local. I'm sorry for being such a hassle. I'm in progress of just downloading the all in one wallet version 1.2.5

RE: New Pool Available - pool.burstmining.clubposted in Pool Announcements
@haitch I just tried to set a username and i have my passphrase, it did ask me to wait for my BC to finish downloading so i think that would solve the 5 error. but I am still unable to locate my plot. would this be because i changed to blago's miner by chance? do i have to replot you think?

RE: New Pool Available - pool.burstmining.clubposted in Pool Announcements
@haitch sorry this is what i have in the paths statements currently
"Paths":["C:\\plots"],
"ShowMsg" : false,
"ShowUpdates" : false,I've been mining at least a month now and have made transactions to poloniex and back. does that count. I also just downloads the newest version of burst wallet and am waiting for the blockchain to redownload would that matter?

@daWallet Thanks so much! I am pretty new. Could you explain to me more about what happens with the block for me at this point if anything? Or the facts that it is just my block now. I'm just trying to learn as much about Burst and all aspects of it and to fully understand what happens next would be great!

To whoever decides to read.
I've been a part of the community for 23 days now. I'm not mining with much (0.6T) but enjoying what I'm doing, which I believe it is where it counts the most. I think I just forged my first block or if I'm wrong correct me. It felt pretty awesome. I received a payment of 1896.xxxxxxx (though it's not much I don't believe compared to all the avid miners out there) but I'm smiling and happy for it! Just wanted to share my moment with the community!

"Ok! everybody in the pool! or out?!" Hahahaposted in General Discussion
Newbie question number 2.
Would it be considered better to mine in a pool with more miners or less miners? Why?
What are the cause and effects of more or less miners? etc. winning the pool..? deadline variances? what is important to know.
I am trying to figure out the differences in mining for example;
pool#1 - pool.burst-team.us
or
pool#2 - pool.burstcoin.de
or should i just stay off pool 2 altogether?
mining with 647gb / i5 / laptop / 8 ram - what I have so no judgement please.
any advice regarding the pools would be appreciated. learning as best I can and capable too.
Thank you in advance

RE: Introduce myselfposted in General Discussion
@finchenking Awesome to hear from another new person! I so happy to hear that you were able to take the earnings and expand your HDD absolutely happy for you! I'm also waiting to do the same. I waiting to save up some and expand. I'm currently only able to run 1tb @ home and 1tb @ work. So just making the best of what I got! But always being positive and patient.
Yeah I started reading about Bitcoin and one crypto lead to another and next thing you know I was looking at bcm, xmr, blah blah blah. I watched a video on Youtube a bout Burst and next thing you know. Here I am. The idea of HDD mining instead of exhaustive CPU mining probably took it all for me.
Never apologize for your English and I don't see anything wrong with it. Keep up the great work!
I would love to learn about trading if you are ever willing to teach a newbie! I've always been interested but never had the opportunity or the right people to show me the way!
looking forward to future opportunities with you!
