@tross It looks to me shares were lost. Just before restart happened I (V8WG-....) had much higher (mostly from deadline 345 for block 364816, it was long round according to pool) share count and looking at pending balance (site does not show it now but data is accessible) they was not credited.
Non blaming anyone but if it is as I described it should be fixed at least for future payments.

EDIT: Since burstpool.ddns.net has very high deadline limit, 'how many blocks since your last payout' (to pending balance I assume) should be equal for almost every miner (like for example right now). This is not the case in screenshot.

It seems there is something wrong with pool share counting.
Around block 364844 pool crashed(?) or at least i could not access it from different places.
And after that (poll came back at block 364846), counted share table looked like in screenshot (screenshot was taken around block 364850). .

It seems a lot of miners (but not all wtf?) has their share count zeroed at crash.
