Maybe someone wants to try this gsheet to create those batch files?! (copy it to your google account)
Please double check! I haven't been using it often!-)

RE: burst.ninja pool official re-launch! V3.1posted in Pool Announcements
@crowetic so I'm giving this another go..... all through my Tb's are not finding many blocks these days..!-/
I very, very much like the fact that your paying Tx fees to the miners! Ninja is the first pool doing this as far as I know!
Could you share your Pool-fee Addy? That'll be the ultimate step of transparency!-) -
RE: what to look for in hard drives?posted in General Discussion
@jhip626 you probably wont get an "big capacity" 3.5" Drive wich is USB powered.
4-5Tb 3.5" USB3 Drives seem to be the most economical at the moment. I tend to look for anything under 25$/Tb. I did get some for under 20$/Tb. But those are lucky finds!-) -
RE: On-board graphicsposted in General Discussion
@jhip626 maybe you need a OpenCL Driver?!
I'm not sure if this is the right one or it even might be integrated in to Catalist!? I dont own any AMD.....
Intel HD.... integrated GPU works. But for plotting its to slow!-/ -
RE: LOST a lot of coinsposted in Help & Support
This account BURST-ACAN-QM2U-DL6Z-EE7RD for example has 35 times "space" as a passphrase!-)
Joking aside, I'm really sorry for your los. Since the white space at beginning or and is the most common foult maybe try all possible combinations with it!?
But If you haven't saved the most recent passphrase in Keepass your funds are most likely lost!
Hit that save button! -
RE: RYZEN 1700 with Xplotter = very weird long plotingposted in Help & Support
Your drive is an SMR Drive! That's why!-/
To make it short:
They are perfectly fine for minig Burst
they dont like having lots and lots of data written randomly to them! After a few 10s of Gb they go slow!Your better of plotting to an SSD (or an normal PMR drive) and then moving the plotfiles.
You can do lots of smaller plotfiles it does not matter in the end!If you want to automate it you can run a batch (.bat) file like this: assuming your on windows
@setlocal @cd /d %~dp0 XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 0 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 953376 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 1906752 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 2860128 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 3813504 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 4766880 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 5720256 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit XPlotter_avx.exe -id 10718900860795585473 -sn 6673632 -n 953376 -t 6 -path d:\plots -mem 14G start /wait move d:\plots\10718900860795585473_* P:\plots ^&^& exit ::and so on ...........snip............adapt this to your needs and run it with admin rights in the Xplotter folder.
Write Speed for copying should be around ~100MB/s or even more!
Good luck!(I want one of those ryzen's to ....jealous....!-)

RE: Blago's Burst-Miner (Win)posted in Miner
@luxe Take those TPD's with a garne of salt! I've got no idea how accurate they are. Although "nvidia-smi" probably is.
I believe @Blago has disk access figured out and driven it to the max! Also on Xplotter which is now faster for me then the gpuplotter to a single disk!!
(that's Xplotter@~11000nonces/min to SSD then move to (SMR)disk vs. gpuplotter@>20000n/m buffer to SSD then Optizer to disk!!?)Also "ease of use" is really nice with these tools!
That's why he's just gotten a 1block Tip to his well hidden addy from me.
And I sincerly hope he's getting himself a beer or three somewhere in the sun and not another Tb!-)
(or whatever makes him happy!) -
RE: Blago's Burst-Miner (Win)posted in Miner
~18sec@i7-6700K / ~22sec@HD530 integrated GPU / ~20sec@Nvidia GTX970
or there abouts!oh and I'm overclocking my processor a little bit!
TPD on i7 is 50W base and 96W max for these 18sec = 46W mining
TPD on GTX970 15W base and 50W max for 20sec =35W miningmeh! Theres a lot of guessing and assumptions involved in this calculation!
HD530 comparison is unfair because its also driving two displays at the moment! (and 0W base and 15W max cant be true?!)
