I'm on Burstneon but thinking about switching...I only have a little less than 10TB and I used to make really good rewards with them but it's dropped to maybe 200 burst total every few days...that's not worth a dang to me anymore really

RE: Sold asset shares but...posted in Help & Support
@haitch Ah, okay, that I'm not positive on...I've got more I'm trying to sell so I'll try to keep track and see if it goes up when not mining or even keep track while mining...I know I'd never had a hiccup before so this threw me off..but the missing 2x the shares is odd to say the least...I've actually got into flipping shares to make a profit (much like flipping stocks on the exchange)...

@LithStud I'm actually using the Online Wallet....the link to my wallet address to see the recent transactions is: http://burstcoin.biz/address/8628346184322572245 and as you can see I never got paid for the shares but 2x the shares are missing.

@haitch Thank you for the reply...I see that the shares are gone...double of them actually...but I never got the burst for the shares...

RE: Sold asset shares but...posted in Help & Support
Alright so an update...it's been 48 hours and I still haven't been reimbursed for the assets...my asset count is still down double what it should be...not sure what is going on with it but it appears somehow I lost double the shares I should have plus never got paid...

RE: Sold asset shares but...posted in Help & Support
That was from over 24 hrs ago? My share count is off too which is really odd. I should have 901 without those shares, with them I should have 908; it's showing 894 shares. The transactions appear to be confirmed too.

Sold asset shares but...posted in Help & Support
So I have bought & sold asset shares a lot but this time I had 2 separate transactions where someone bought from me but I was never paid for the asset purchase.

@HiDevin Honestly, I hadn't thought of that nor done any research on it...I'm still new to this so learning as I got. It's a brand new Samsung EVO drive so sure it'll still last an insane amount of time anyway. I've started writing to my 74GB raptor drive that is like a decade old now...it writes fast & I'm able to transfer off of it relatively fast so all seems to be well.

RE: [ANN] CCMINER1000posted in Asset Exchange
I just bought some of this asset (only 20); I'm new to assets so not exactly sure how all of this works. I assume my ROI looks to be a small percentage each day correct?
I love this idea and glad to be a part of it as I watch it grow & I learn more about it myself.

RE: CPU/GPU mining, big difference?posted in Mining & Plotting
@newsense2004 Honestly, I'm still a n00b so I dunno...I had originally intended to use AWS with ACD but it was taking an insane amount of time to upload anything because my upload BW is total crap. So it turned into just filling up some drives and seeing what kind of $ I could make...it's really not as much as I would have hoped...I have another business venture that I'm invested in and making much more daily. So I'm going to just get these drives completely full and let it run for a week with no interference from me and see what kind of $ I can bring in.

RE: CPU/GPU mining, big difference?posted in Mining & Plotting
I currently have 15 seperate plots on 2 seperate drives totaling 9,477GB. I'm using the CPU miner but have been thinking about switching to GPU.
i7-6700k
Geforce 1080 Ti -
RE: Newbie needing helpposted in Help & Support
I'm currently at 9,477GB. I'm on burstneon; the returns are good from what I've heard...for me it's lower than I had anticipated but not horrible by any means.
I'm hoping to fill the drives completely and see how that goes for a week nonstop then reevaluate.

CPU: i7-6700k 4.5Ghz
Mobo: ASUS Maximus IX Hero
RAM: 32GB DDR4
Plotter: Xplotter in admin mode
Threads: 8
Nonce/Min: 14,000-15,000 (unless I am plotting & mining then it dips to 12,000-13,000)
HDDs: Seagate 5 TB External HDD
WD 6TB External HDD
Total Plot Size thus far?: 9,477GBNote If I plot to my SSD then manually move to the Seagate or WD drives it seems to be a faster process, but I have to make smaller files which isn't really ideal for me.

RE: Newbie needing helpposted in Help & Support
@Ip85 I'll keep going up...but I wanted to try this out before I do all that. AWS with ACD seems like a really good option...but taking the time to upload to ACD with my slow connection sucks.
What pool are you on now? And what plot size are you running? I did a few small ones (less than 40gb) and a couple at around 100gb then one huge one so far.
Thanks for all the help too...this is really cool so far :D

RE: Newbie needing helpposted in Help & Support
@CesBurst1782 Got it from nVidia as soon as they went live...so regular retail.
@Ip85 thx I'll continue to use that as well
I'm up to 704GB right now & switched to BurstNeon as the owner of the pool contacted me (and I assume others) but I figured I'd give his pool a shot...

RE: Newbie needing helpposted in Help & Support
Another quick question
I have an i7-6700k & a nVidia 1080 Ti; which would would be better for plotting the HDDs?
I've since seen that my external HDDs are taking forever to plot because they are Seagate externals with SMR (I assume it's SMR since they will take approximately a week to fill the whole 4 & 5TB space).
