@MikeMike you certainly may ask my age, why is it relevant though? I am looking for an answer to where the proceeds from this asset went and since gpedro claims that Jack is the only one who can provide the answers then I believe he or his legal guardian owes the investors who have lost funds an explanation. Simple. No one is asking you to be judge, jury or executioner here; just use the information you claim to have to open a line of communication with a responsible guardian or give the information to a responsible party who will.
That Jack was/is a minor was not disclosed when this investment was listed so I think it is fair to demand an answer. That you have an NDA signed with a legal guardian of Jack's does not prohibit you from acting and/or turning the information over to an appropriate authority since you are now aware that a fraud has been committed. NDA's do not protect against fraud! @IceBurst ...thanks for the refresher link though I still do not know exactly what jurisdiction our friend Jack resides in...I understand he resides in the United Kingdom where the disclosure laws are different than in the U.S.. Further, read the guidelines in the link you sent...in general the exposing of Jack's/legal guardian information in response to his defrauding investors here would be perfectly legitimate as it would be done in the public interest to prevent further damage to others; let's not forget that as we write here Jack is still actively trying to defraud potential investors with his scam. In any case though you are correct that in general it is never appropriate to release the private details of a minor in any jurisdiction; it is permissable though to release/utilize the details of a declared legal guardian responsible for the actions of the minor which in this case @MikeMike claims he has.
@MikeMike :I can see further debate of this will go nowhere so I only hope that gpedro can persuade you to take some kind of beneficial action as it will speak volumes not just for those investors who have lost here but also for future investors looking to invest in other assets in the BURST community.
