@haitch and what is with this < 12 hours? i have 38TB(on 4 pc) is too small capacity ? is better to have all 38TB on 1 pc ?

In the long run any pool should earn you the same amount. The only difference is the length of deadlines accepted and how frequently they payout. Pools like Ninja and Burst-Team only accept relatively short deadlines, and are intended for high capacity miners, the other pools accept longer deadlines and are more suitable for smallet miners.

Bigger pools pay more frequently, but generally lower amounts as there will be more miners with "close" to the best time - small pools pay out less frequently, but generally more as only one miner will have the really good deadline.
