@haitch I really appreciate your efforts to get things back on track and I fully support burst. Sometimes these things happen and its good it was caught so quickly. I checked just now and still don't see any transactions but I'll be patient.

Oh good, it's not just me.
I thought I had done something wrong.
kudos to you haitch.
Wow, this community is awesome in it's ability to not only rectify issues quickly and sufficiently, but they take the time to explain issues.
And help.
Even financially which is, to me at least, something that rarely happens in this day and age.

@digidan Due to the fork, the .eu, .biz and burst-team pools ran out funds due to paying out on the "won" forked blocks. I've put in 150,000 of my own Burst to the three pools, and they've all now paid out. You should have received at least one payment from .EU this morning.
I am using .eu. Apart from faucet claims, the last payment I got was:
26/07/2016 23:48:06 103.26983313 + 1 BURST-7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRY
It's just clocked over to 29/07 here in Australia, and I have nothinng new since 26/7.
Please don't think I am complaining, I'm not at all. Just letting you know that either I've done something ineptly that I don't know about, or not everyone has been caught up yet.
Kudos to you for putting your own burst in. Words fail me. I cannot articulate well enough to describe just how awesome you guys are.
Anyway, just thought I'd let you know.

@Leece @digidan All payouts that were over the 300 coin threshold paid out. Any that were due to payout because of the 24 hours didn't - the forking and running out of funds messed up the 24 hour timer. Check your balance on the pool - it'll be the 'D' amount that has been deferred - it will be paid out within the next 24 hours.

I made a test deposit from polo, worked flawless ...
If there is a issue with transaction not reaching the right fork or whatever, the transaction will timeout after ~1000 blocks and be refunded to sending account. So in case of exchange, i makes sense to open a ticket, if a deposit does not show up within a longer time.

C-Cex codes can only be used on C-Cex! If you want to withdraw your BURST from C-Cex ... go to Ledger https://c-cex.com/?id=funds find BURST row and click the 'WITHDRAW' button.
You can always redeem your own code back to you C-Cex Account balance again.

Thanks, burst is in my wallet. I just needed to be a fraction more patient.
Thanks for your time.

@Leece The past week has been a little turbulent with the new wallets and the forking, but we'll make sure that the miners on our pools are never the innocent victims of our problems. Pools get on a fork and win fake blocks, we'll pay you real earnings out of our pocket. All crypto coins live or die on the basis of the community behind the coin - and we'll never give you a reason to doubt this coin.
-
I have absolutely no doubt about you or the team and the community here. You guys are pretty damn wonderful.
Just so you know. :)
