burst depo?
-
hello there,
can someone help me...I deposited burst to my burst wallet from my poloniex account.
I checked my poloniex history regarding the transaction and it was "completed" then I checked my wallet address and it is also correct. Its been a while since i did the transaction..could someone help me to recover my burst?
-
i did the same 1 week ago and still nothing
-
@bytheseaster Have you issued a ticket to the support?
When they update to Wallet Version 1.2.6 it will be more stable.
-
@daWallet yepp,and no answer from them,,waiting now for 4 days!! and No answer
-
@daWallet ticket for poloniex? this is about burst... it has nothing to do with poloniex. I must admit I'm a newbie here but this won't help me gain confidence in this company.
-
@daWallet this wallet update thing...is ridiculous! they should separate the wallet for burst.. just like any other wallets...from the rest of the features...
-
@bytheseaster what should we do?
-
@johnmurallon the ticket is a ticket for your transfer,,you submit this ticket when you contact support on C_cex,,you find your ticket in the c-cex wallet you have
-
@johnmurallon looks like this
Your open tickets:[2016-07-25 14:22:24] my burst wallet (Withdrawals) Answered
Closed tickets:
[2016-07-24 16:03:41] seding (Withdrawals)

@bytheseaster i am using polo..
-
@johnmurallon First of all we are not a company.
Please describe your problem with more details. If a poloniex transaction doesn't reach your Burst Wallet there are 2 possibilities: Poloniex Wallet is stuck (-> ticket) or your Wallet is not fully synchronized.
-
@johnmurallon Polo,,what polo?? Polinex or?
-
@bytheseaster yes, poloniex..
-
@johnmurallon Polinex is for Trading!! To buy and sell coins
-
@bytheseaster yes I know.. i bought from poloniex then i withdrew it and put into my burst wallet..this is my fourth time to do it..but apparently the last time have some issues..
-
@johnmurallon Ok,,then you go to support on C-Cex and tell them your problem,,but you need to put in your Ticket aswell,,the ticket you get when you transfer coins from C-Cex to your burst wallet!!

I'm guessing this is why I haven't had a deposit from the eu pool in 2 days.
-
@digidan Due to the fork, the .eu, .biz and burst-team pools ran out funds due to paying out on the "won" forked blocks. I've put in 150,000 of my own Burst to the three pools, and they've all now paid out. You should have received at least one payment from .EU this morning.
-
@haitch I really appreciate your efforts to get things back on track and I fully support burst. Sometimes these things happen and its good it was caught so quickly. I checked just now and still don't see any transactions but I'll be patient.
-
Oh good, it's not just me.
I thought I had done something wrong.
kudos to you haitch.
Wow, this community is awesome in it's ability to not only rectify issues quickly and sufficiently, but they take the time to explain issues.
And help.
Even financially which is, to me at least, something that rarely happens in this day and age.

I am using .eu. Apart from faucet claims, the last payment I got was:
26/07/2016 23:48:06 103.26983313 + 1 BURST-7Z2V-J9CF-NCW9-HWFRY
It's just clocked over to 29/07 here in Australia, and I have nothinng new since 26/7.
Please don't think I am complaining, I'm not at all. Just letting you know that either I've done something ineptly that I don't know about, or not everyone has been caught up yet.
Kudos to you for putting your own burst in. Words fail me. I cannot articulate well enough to describe just how awesome you guys are.
Anyway, just thought I'd let you know.
fading to black perchance to sleep seening as it's after 2am here
