NJC,
We're looking at making the code behing the burst.ninja pool freely available. And as a first step we have a new pool at pool-burst-team.us:8124
The easiest way to deploy it is a VMware virtual machine, and I'll be documenting the process to do so - but I'll say now it is not straightforward.

@haitch Ok Cool
Your link to the pool site is not right
you posted http://pool-burst-team.us:8124/
and http://pool.burst-team.us:8124/ is the correct one
-
Yep - thanks for the typo correction - my bad :(
-
@haitch Hey What i am looking for is the Behind the scenes software I am looking at having a Frontend Done for the site by a buddy of mine

@luxe one quick question how do you get the pool software to respond to the miner requests???
-
@Njcfamily31907 sry, can not help you with that, just a archive/repository i found, no idea how to use it.
https://github.com/uraymeiviar/burst-pool
https://github.com/and-then/burst-pool
-
@haitch I think i have it setup the only thing i really need now is a copy of the command or the html code to start the pool server responding to miner requests
-
@Njcfamily31907 , the one Luxe posted the link to? No idea - never used it sorry.
H.
-
@haitch but the principle of the starting command is the same
-
@Njcfamily31907 Seams you got it running?!

Installation HowTo:

which pool is on the right chain. It seems once again pools have different difficulties for the same block. 3 times today my pool wallet says block not accepted. right now block 260775 diff of 5150.8
Pool uses the core wallet should pools be on this or dawallets one?
-
260775 is ok, its the ninja pool software causing issues i fear
-
@luxe Burstcoin.it is on the right chain because they beat me out on a 260780 block 46:30 vs 37:16 and got paid
are difficulties don't match for the same blocks
-
no difficulty is the same for all, or something is strange.
i'm planing to make a monitoring tool for network overview next days, maybe that can help in the future.currently burst-team seams off chain, ninja is ok.
-
@haitch Did this information ever get created?
I am trying to setup my own pool and I get this error whenever I try to connect a miner to the pool.
Any ideas? Thanks!
