Thinking of starting another staking asset....
-
@tomahawkeer I'm interested! What's the asset ID?
-
@LeG3NdArYPhiL I have to re-create it. I screwed up the wording on the asset, and transposed the dividend % and the holding %. I want that to be correct for obvious reasons, so I will just eat the 1k and recreate it correctly. I will also make a brand new thread announcing the new asset.
-
I will make the "Official" announcement thread tomorrow. I am moving some coins around to get my initial coins purchased for the wallets. Once that is done, ill make the new thread with the Asset ID and all of the specifics listed in the thread. I am planning on dividend for this month, however it wont be sent until the first Monday of August.

@tomahawkeer can you explained me what stacking assets is? something like a lot of coins exchange? i'm portuguese and i'm losed in the term itself. If so i'm interested...

@gpedro staking is the process of "Minting" coins as opposed to "Mining" coins. Your wallet will receive "Stakes" rewards instead of mining rewards for keeping a wallet open and funded, to help protect and secure the coins blockchain. You essentially get rewards for maintaining the blockchain without expensive hardware for mining. Those rewards will be paid out to everyone that invests in the asset on a monthly basis. As posted above, 80% of the stakes earned in the month, will be used to pay the dividend, 15% is retained in the wallets to help them grow, and 5% is maintenance. Hope that helps.

@tomahawkeer Yes i helped a lot thanks. I google minting and now understand that minting is facility the network. But how it works?
Is like i was saying that you have this all coins and you exchange all between one each other and the asset is helping the coin because the transacted amount in the network raises (more network usage)?
If i understand correctly this is one of the better things to do for values this coin!
-
@gpedro Yes that sounds about right if I understand you correctly. You get stakes, for helping secure the network(s) of the coins.
-
@tomahawkeer ok thanks for your confirmation. XP
I will definitely invest in this!
