Passphrase does not match reward recipient
-
@LeG3NdArYPhiL
I may be going through a similar situation but I'll have to let it do its thing till I'm sure it's not a matter of being patient. Here's the error I get: {"result":"Passphrase does not match reward recipient","requestProcessingTime":16}.Does that look familiar?

@Bradiss69 you need to do the reward assignment, then wait 4 blocks and the message will go away.
What's your Burst address and what pool are you mining on ?
-
@haitch
I'm using Burstneon and my address is BURST-RPX8-ET3V-7GP6-HR5FV
-
@Bradiss69 reward assignment for that account looks correct. i would check the plots match the account by looking at the filenames compared to the long id for the address.
the long id for that address is 18281368068510439334 so the first field of the plots file name should match.

Well I am having the same problem and I have been mining in "pool.burstcoin.sk" I don't find a menu with a link to a form anywhere to add my info, and have played around with the url, and have gotten nowhere. Anyone happen to know how I do this?
I just don't really want to bother support if I don't have to, thanks.

@mr.x you can just add the ip address of the pool (ask for it) and put it in the pool section. If the direction is right no need to add the port number, perhaps in the miner.conf file you may have to check if the port is the correct one...

@mr.x Im having the same problem with the same pool, what exactly should i do?
-
@juggles006 Which pool are you trying to join ?
-
@juggles006 Howdy!
Hi Juggles006,
Is your wallet synchronized with the block chain?
If not, then click and go to this short thread,
https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/3920/offline-block-chain-downloadIf the wallet is synchronized, then open the "online wallet".
Sometimes you may need to click refresh to get to the box to come up, where you can enter your passphrase.Once the "online wallet" is open, go to the bottom just right of center and click "Start mining".
~a popup appears~
In the scroll box, scroll to and select the pool you want, then to the left side, click the "Change" button.
That automatically copies the pools Burst address to your browser.
after clicking "OK" a form will appear (sometimes takes a minute).
Paste the pools Burst address in the bottom box (Recipient), then copy and paste your wallet passphrase in the next box above that and click ok.It takes about 16 minutes, or 4 rounds for the pool to be setup with your info, so either wait it out or don't be surprised when you see that very same error message for about 4 rounds.
Yeah in my case, and hopefully yours, the error was harmless and went away after I got things straight.Hopefully this helps, if not 'haitch' will help you get things straightened out.
Welcome to Burst!
