Set name reset?

I managed to get one coin for free used it to set my name but when i logged back in it was gone? BURST-88F6-6DX8-5AVV-G224N is the same also all my transaction have gone. Also cant seem to get anymore free coins to set up account and change recipient which my miner says i need to do. thanks for any help or advice

@MinyMan117 You've created a second account - there's something different between your initial passphrase and the one you're using now.

the burst address is the same as before, im logged into two laptops so i know it hasn't changed when i went back on the old one. Is this still a second account?

@MinyMan117 Okay, I checked the account and I see the name set. Which wallet is not showing the set name ? ie what is it's URL ?

sorry im new here's a photo of what i see, before it had some transaction but they all seem to be gone. where do i find URL, i might not have set it up yet.
