  • firefox works good with the add-on also if you run it in a private window it keeps going so far. no cookies that way I guess.

    Firefox runs in the background on one core and on the lowest priority nicely

    What about a second acct that allowed adult? would generate even more lol

  • @daWallet Bdw, after get stuck, if i push the back button on chrome , goes back to the same pages.. but after that more pages appear and earning still grow.

    So maybe i get a way to solve when im stuck..

    Anyways .. i try with firefox.

    @crutsy That's a really good idea running it in private mode! When we all gain more experience with this someone has to write up a nice tutorial and best practice how-to surf the burst. :)

    If someone uses Firefox as a main browser but still want to have the surfbar on one core and on another browser with the add-on: You need to find a fork of Firefox like Iceweasel, that supports Firefox-AddOns...

    Edit: Private Mode doesn't seem to work. 0 Points all the time...

    @daWallet I'm guessing you are the prime owner of the main account that is converting Euro into Burst and then subdividing out into fractional accounts because we all have different internet exposed IP addresses so; Is there a way for us to see our balance in any manor be it SurfPoint (BTP), or Burst? I ran the surfbar for about 2 or 3 hours while I was in another room and I see the BTP adding up at the top but it appears to reset at the top of the hour. Anyway to see our pending totals? user1455 if that helps any.

    2000 Surfpoints (SP) are around 140 Burstcoins at the moment. This will fluctuate depending on the price of Burst and some other factors. The Payouts are running since 2 days... it needs some time to equilibrate :)

    How long it takes to get 2000 Surfpoints I don't even know myself. You can post your experiences...

  • @daWallet I tried changing my language settings to German in a browser I don't use normally (Opera), but I still got that message "Your language settings do not match your geographic location. Please adjust your browser settings so that more pages can be displayed in your surfbar." Maybe moving to Germany will help, but I am not willing to do that, lol.

  • @daWallet So I left firefox running all night in private mode and it shows that I got over 2000sp points confirmed today.

    It seems to not count the first screen as it gathers information about your computer but pays the rest.

  • I get this error quite often:

    Your surfbar can not be started. There is another surfbar instance running, which is using the same IP address. If you have restarted your surfbar by yourself, this message will disappear shortly and you will then be able to use the surfbar again.
    IP: 1X8.XXX.21X.XXX

    Sometimes it goes away and an ad loads, but other times it just keeps showing that message. I only have surfbar open in one location, so I don't quite understand it,

    Works a bit, earn some BTPS, but after that just throw me this ... ( after display some pages ).

    Bdw i noticed, after some minutes, surfbar runs again i mean, it stops but after some minutes, display more pages again. Maybe i just need to let it running in background.

    I see in ebesucher there is a member area, where u can config a bit if u wanna display erotic content and other stuff..

    But i dont know how to attach my burstcoin user to that member area...

    @daWallet you know something about it? Cuz in the addon, i just can choose 3 settings, will be nice if i can access taht member area with my burstcoin user.

    Update: Yeah, after throw me that (screenshow, no active sites available) after some minutes, it finds more sites and surfbar keep running. So, well i think the problem is solved. Maybe it helps other users ( if happends them the same ) Just wait, and surfbar will run and display pages again. =)

  • I just leave it running in the background on a browser I don't use for other stuff, with the sounds turned off. Like @IIOBrocker said, if you wait a while, adverts will be made available to you again. How many adverts you will be presented with depends on how well you have been able to tweak your settings.

    I think that the members area can only be modified by the devs. If so, I vote more porn and popups.

    I got my first payment today - 141 Burst! That was more than I expected. Surfbar earnings are so far outperforming my 0,5 TB work miner.

  • @Propagandalf Yeah, im agreed with you. I will like to see more porn and popups, but seems like surfbar dont wanna display me that type of pages.

    Will be nice if we can access to that member area, with our burstcoin.biz user .. but well. Lets see, maybe in future or just maybe admins can tell us if we do it or not.

    Bdw, congratz bro, 140Burst is so nice, an extra ammount of burst, always is great.

    In my case, I just let it run over the night, and i made like 1500Surfbar points, so in 2days, for sure we can made 2000surfbar points easy. ( But ofc, im sure if i can display pages 24/7 without stop... for sure in that case we can made a lot of more Surfbar points, but well, is ok for now)

    And yeah, it stops but after a while, pages display again.. so, it works great, but will be fine if we can display more content, like errotic and popups.

    Anyways, lets enjoy this cool stuff, about the surfbar. =)

    however it needs the code from the admin on the account. I'm user 1470

    I'm not sure if its one code for us all or individually.

    Sometimes double flash pages will load and crash, or randomly firefox will crash. I can't imagine I'm alone here lol

    I think it will be the last link to keep the surfbar stable. So far I get one pay out a day!
