when i start the program, the webpage doesn't load... any suggestions?

@Kramer It can take upto 10 minutes for the wallet to fully start up, give it some time and try again.

The "downloading block chain", is it normal to use 11 hrs to download aboud 70% on a 100mbit/100mbit connection? :S

A couple of Burst on the way. 11 Hours for 70% is not unheard of, depending on your system specs - there are ways to speed it up, but since you're almost there, just let it complete.
