What is the best way to ensure your miner gets the block immediately?

Sometimes pool is already counting at 40+ seconds before miner starts? Is their a better address? currently this is setup- but is there a better address? Thanks

@Jaxblack Normally that is down to your clock or the pool being clock not being correct. I use NtpTime from www.timesync.com to keep my miners updated. If you install that and get synced, and still see the startup delays, ask the pool owner to setup NTP on their server.

@sherypanesar With 5.5TB you should be hitting DL's at Lexi's pool, also your mining speeds are very fast - are you sure the drives are plotted properly? How did you plot them ?
