Stuck on Downloading blockchain

My AIO has a Downloading Blockchain in the lower right corner that seems to be trying to make progress, but it never goes away.

I saw a FB suggestion to download the blockchain manually at the bottom of the page from here https://www.burst-team.us/index.php/wallets/
and store it in AppData -> Roaming -> BurstWallet -> burst_db and extract the files there.But when I click to download the db.zip, nothing happens. it gives me an insane amount of time left to download.
