How long has it been since you transferred your Burstcoins?

@DevilAngel Burst to Polo will take 20 Confirmations and I have often seen 6 or more Blocks go through before the transaction shows at all on Polo.

Try the History Tab on Polo for the first sight of the transaction.

they also have my storj ($30) but not credited to my balance . support tickets are not getting answered. I am bitrex till it gets better.

@tross i saw a youtuber have the same problem with stellar lumens and he threatened legal action and got a response within 2 hours. had an engineer look into it and got him his coin. was a long process in other videos he kept talking about it..

i remember my first transaction with polo took 8 days i contacted support they fixed it.

Polo is on average fairly reliable , but if you do have an issue there suport system SUCK's it would leave one to think they subbed suport out to a zoo and its being ran by a bunch of monkeys. it can take weeks to get things cleared up if you have to submit a support ticket.... if you do submit one wait 3 days then start hounding a mod in chat about it that seems to be the only way to get anything taken care of.............. ooo wait the did away with troll box because of people hounding mods in chat ......

I've been very "unimpressed" with Polo recently. I am sitting on a 28 Day Steem Transfer that has gone poof and after 6 updates to my tickets, I have not one reply. I have unwound all but two of my trades there and have transferred to my BTC wallet and then to Bittrex. I opened the account there many months ago, and never did anything with it. Now I have been using it for 1 1/2 weeks, become accustom to it, and I like the aspect of newer ALT Coins being listed there. When Polo began limiting my withdrawals & then fail to respond to 3 open tickets .... It raised a 'Red Flag' for me personally. (My 2 Burst worth of opinion)

@vmantilla i know bitrex doe's there may be a few others but polo and Bitrex are the big two i know for sure use burst

@vmantilla what @Gibsalot said, others are just not big enough. We tried to get burst listed on cryptopia but sadly due to technical reasons they cant add it :( so if need burst go to bittrex or polo
