Hello, i'm new in BurstCoin Mining and I need some help ...
I'm trying to change my reward assignment but everytime i try to do it i got the same error.
{"errorCode":5,"errorDescription":"Unknown account"}
I did my own research on this and a lot of people seem to have the same problem but i could not find any solution.
Is my account balance to low ? Is there a step that i'm missing ?

have you activated your account ? a new account needs 2 burst 1 to have and outgoing transaction such as a name change to activate the account on the block chain , and the other for reward assignment. also its posible to get that error when trying to change reward assignment in a wallet that is not fully synq with the block chain

Yes i did the name change yesterday, is it possible thant it would take more than 24 hours to get fully synq with the blockchain ?

are you using local or online wallet local from scratch will take maby 2 days to synq

@MindGab the passphrase you're using to create the account is different in some way from the one you're trying to use to change reward assignment - extra trailing or leading space/new line; word wrapped if copying out of notepad. There are many possible variations, but it all comes down to: in some way the two passphrases are different.

I thought of it in a first place but i coppied my password exactly like i'm using it to connect on the wallet.
Is there a way to see if i'm already in a pool ?

I really need some help ! It has been now two days since i've created my burstcoin wallet and I still can't change my reward assignment. I'm sure that I use the same password that the one i'm using to connect and I did all the steps correctly.
Is there someone who had the same issues as me who could say how he get out of it ?
It really start to annoy me...

@MindGab If this is a brand new account, abandon it and start over. When you create your passphrase, copy it into a text doc, ** making sure it is not word wrapped**. Verify the passphrase takes you to the same account using a couple of different wallets - local and/or online. Post the address here and someone will send you some Burst to get started.

@haitch Well I don't know if there is anyone here anymore but after a long long time, I finally succed in donwloading all the blockchains and create my local wallet. If someone see this, are you kind enough to send me 2 burstcoins ?
