  • It does sometimes do that.
Give the miner at least 30 minutes and if it still can't find any Deadline, something in your computer may be blocking the miner. Or the pool you are mining on isn't functioning properly.
Try setting DEP to Essentials Windows programs and services.
Also turn off your firewall since Blago miner does need to connect to the Internet.

  • By the way, you are mining on a mobile phone pool. The pool is specified for only users with mobile phones using the Burst Wallet app on their android. I think you can still mine on it but you might not make much profit because you have only 24GB. 24GB can still make you profit but you won't make much.
Some pools require you to have a minimum amount of GB plotted to be "accepted" and start finding deadlines on the pool.

  • Dude i have 0.5TB and i almost make nothing. 24GB really is very low. Why do you have on updater address your localhost ? Myself when i setup the blago miner i put the pool address there also.

  • @Ntztwt I mean, I made 6 BURST with 0.7TB in 24 hours. It's profitable but not as much. With 24GB, you might be making a weekly profit of 2 BURST. Monthly profit probably about 10 BURST.
I plotted 1.2TB and I've been making a lot more: 13 BURST within just 18 hours.

Honestly, it's easier to use the Burst AIO Wallet and mine from there. Unless you are an advanced user, you should usually be using the AIO to mine.

Sorry for double post, Internet seems to be really slow so I kinda spammed the Submit button, lol.

  • @Blago ,
Could not get your latest revision to work by overwriting existing files (doing it manually) it crashed so tried to roll back with the old version i saved and now even the old version is doing the funky chicken, where it worked 10 minutes prior. I have now performed a clean install with the latest wallet 3.9.6 which has 1.170603 .. and the wallet will execute the miner and opens threads for each drive/plot I have but goes no further. I cant see any errors codes or any lines after the initiation of the drives being read.. the miner just seems to die... wondering what your thoughts are on this, if its going to be easier to troubleshoot this or re - install my OS. cheers and thanks in advance for your time!

  • Mod

@KrypttoR can you post here your miner.conf and yours ID?

  • @Blago ,
You probably get this all the time but,
    Its not you, its me...

Narrowed it down after basically rebuilding my entire office... that was fun!

Well the news isn't bad but its not great, I think I may be retarded..
My problem seems to have stemmed from a lone 0_0_0_0 plot that was created in the suspect HDD by mistake, yet a mistake clearly more than capable of killing my entire enterprise over eggs and bacon this morning. All good, back up to full capacity and sailing straight ahead.

Thanks for your steadfast support for this community and incredibly prompt replies @Haitch and @Blago, as well mad props blago on the new AVX2 support and performance in 1.170603, I'm up Huge in my Read times. You guys are doing exemplary work, Cheers and thanks again!
