Why do I get WINNER: Connect function failed with error: 10061 with Jminer?

Hi, fine friends!
Any ideas why I get this inconvenient message? It seems to stop the whole thing because after that all I get is:
Unable to get mining info from wallet.
If I were younger, I would have quit a long time ago. Being older than dirt (in fact, when I was in the second grade, the Dead Sea was merely sick) give me much more patience. 40 years ago, I tossed an internal modem through a window because after 7 hours of fooling with it, I still couldn't get the interrupts to work correctly. Now, I stick with problems and just outlast them. :)
