Best way to buy 100€(~112$) worth of Burst

Good morning,
I'm completly new to this forum and don't have any good online references, I won't ask anyone to sell Burst to me directly.
I bought some Burst 2 days ago but I lost around 40% of the value. Fortunaley I only spent 30€(~33$).
My questions is know: How can I buy Burstcoin, inlcusive buying BTC or ETH, without paying 40% fees. I don't own a creditcard, I don't need one in Germany, so I only have the option of PayPal and bank transfer(preferably inside the Euro Sepa area)
I hope someone know a better way, because I'm real interested to invest some money into Burst but it makes no sense as long as I spend half the money on fees.

@Shoiji What method did you use that took 40%? ;o
I personally use coinbase with credit card - instant transactions but they have SEPA transfers as well(takes ~4 days to deposit).
https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2109597 - here you can check your fees but it's below 2%.
Then simply transfer to polo or other exchange^^

Yeah, at least for me, it's hard to get any cryptocurrency and I don't want to mention hdd prices. Around 20% more expensive...

@Shoiji I can do it for you via PayPal in a few days. PayPal payment has to be friends/family so it can't be reversed, and the sell price will be 5% over market price.
