i saw a video and it didnt have those files do i delete them?

they are harmless. everyone gets them. i'm sure @daWaIlet can explain in better detail?

i don't know enough about h2 to say if this is advisable or not but you could:
do some research on h2 databases options

then in your config file for burst adjust nxt.dbUrl variable.
edit: sorry thought you were trying to get rid of them, reread and realized you don't have them and are wondering why.

Thats the blockchain download. If you dont want to run a local wallet you can delete them and just run the wallet.exe
