I don't see why ADSactly can't make a few update post here on the very forum WHERE the group asked for money in the first place. 66k burst were all that are left in the Burst account since millions were funnel out already. All I see so far from the asset is no communciation here and a lot of empty promises. Tell me why is ADSactly moving Burst out of the account to Bittrex when there is suppose to be a buy back? You guys trying to make another sell wall again because Burst went up? Also since you know so much then will you be kind enough to answer some basic questions regarding when is the buy back and what is the buy back price HERE?

I saw that you have around 40k ADSactly asset before but all of them disappeared. Did you sell them back to ADSactly already or what? Everyone that's been here for the last few months all know you guys and Adam did some shady shit together involving Burst. In the end action speaks louder than words.

I'm frustrated and tired of the standard bullshit reply asking people to look at how much money is in the Vault and ignoring questions here. Give an update and actually do the buy back or swap then I will remove my posts and offer an apology.

crow and Nameless need to remember that not everyone has forgotten what they did or how they left etc...

then there has been no "real" communications, and ppl do not want to wait week(s) to hear about their funds that they entrusted ppl with.

I know i will get some flack for this but i think making jokes about being absent and ponzi schemes just makes ppl more anxious when it shouldn't have to be that way.

when ppl were opening assets and rounding up the funds they are all over the forums but then after all that went down and then waiting days or weeks between any updates they should understand why ppl are jumping to conclusions etc.

As some of you are aware we are making a transition from BURST to OpenLedger. We will begin to explain the process and as everything unfolds all will become abundantly clear. For those who are still unsure, just know you can have full faith in our progress.

The good news is we are making changes to benefit the Community as a whole. Our goal is to share the wealth from ALL the Projects ADSactly is involved in with ALL the Unit Holders regardless of what kind of Units they are holding in the end.

The ADSactly UNITS you hold on either the Horizon or BURST platforms will still maintain their value and can still be traded on the Horizon & BURST AE's respectively.

We have been working on a way to create a system that rewards everyone involved with ADSactly, from potential investors to those with only ambition and time to offer. Please continue to be patient with our progress as we build an exciting future for us all.

Many of you know that the event @crowetic and @nameless were something that slowed everybody down. However, it didn't stop us by any means we are here to help support @crowetic and @nameless as well as the rest of the Community in Taking Back BURST from the evil doers. But first, we need to do some house cleaning in terms of the ADSactly UNITS.

We have more Updates that will be posted shortly please be patient guys. SOON we will open a buy wall for those that want out at a rate of 1.2 BURST each, to be honest, this is not really a smart move.

You mean, I moved them to another wallet? Yes, I did. So? I didn't know I was not allowed to move my own assets.

@thomeefl69 - I just think there's a lack of 'clarity' here on what is what, I'm going to be getting in touch with @adsactly to discuss some options I have that should help to alleviate this lack of clarity, and I have a few ideas for the people of BURST ADsactly tokens, which should make everyone happy if it is agreed upon.

There is no intent to scam here, at least not that I have picked up, and the people of ADsactly are trying to do something that hasn't been done, at least not well, yet.

This is all a new thing, so it takes a little figuring out, and a lot of explaining so that people can grasp the overall idea.

Assets are not just about the dividends they pay, one must remember this. The token itself, when the value behind it becomes abundantly clear to everyone, will be extremely valuable. The people of BURST are too used to assets like mine, which pay dividends. Most of the other asset platforms have a lot of assets that DO NOT. ADsactly originally was not going to be an asset paying dividend, but when the BURST community suggested it, they decided to go with what was suggested.

Now, I have some ideas which I think will help everyone to both understand what value they have and why, and also be pleased by receiving dividends from something that they can tangibly see and be transparent with.

I will let everyone know what is decided upon conclusion of the meeting.

But, if you would like my opinion... I would say just hold on while some things are figured out. If at the end you still think it's a scam, take advantage of the buyout, and get out. But I really don't think you'll feel that way. At least not if I can accurately portray my idea to ADsactly, and the community.

@crowetic I don't care about clarity anymore, I am done with BS, there is absolutely NOTHING that Adsactly or Nameless could do to ever regain my trust again. They played their cards, they took my money and they move on. I don't care what they do on other platforms, I invested Burst. I don't want to deal with their merging/re-merging/joining/re-structuring again as they did 45686623 times already. I invested a LOT of money (for me) in Adsactly at 50-70 , just to be able to sell it at 3-5 , and got peanuts of payments in between (if it would had not been a dividend paying asset - as you said it wasn't originally, then the whole investment would had been a bust, btw) . Same for 402 .
I will move on because -fortunately- the loss of invested money will not change my life in any way but there are a lot of people who invested their hard earned money , lost it and because of that they are in a hard place.
For a loooong time we heard this same BS from Adsactly...I just don't buy it anymore.

The BURST asset for ADSactly, as far as I can tell, is going to stay on BURST. That has to do with what my suggestion is going to be with ADSactly. I agree, that you put money into BURST, that's where you wanted to be. Which is the same reason I've made the decision that my own assets will stay on BURST.

Hopefully there can be a conclusion to this that will bring everyone some happiness, but in the end, I guess not everyone can be pleased all the time.

There were things here that definitely could have been done better, but I'm not going to get into that at the moment, for now it's all about making sure we can put things into a place that make sense for most people, and moving on, at least, that's what I'm going to attempt to help be achieved.

@adsactly I am curious here...both you and @nameless used to say that the adsactly Burst shares were backed up by the famous and oft-linked community vault ...if everything went sour then our shares in 402/adsactly would be secure by the vast wealth stored in the "vault".

Now you are saying that in exchange for adsactly shares on BURST prior to the move you will either put up a sell wall at 1.2 Burst per Asset (what you do not recommend of course...) or you will "clone" the BURST shares into ADXCU units on Open Ledger. By your description though the ADXCU are not backed up by the "vault" anymore, only Dolphin, Whale and your "exclusive" Founder shares seem to enjoy that "security" now in the yet again revamped adsactly "journey".

Can I assume that further investment will be required from your previous and current investors from Burst and Horizon now to take part in the community vault that is no longer available to the community here?

Like I said, just curious...

At first I thought that 1.2 burst/share buyback was a joke or a mistake in writing. You were and still are selling shares for 10-75 burst and froze 5 000 000 burst in your vault. At any given opportunity you messaged links to your vault making everyone believe that their assets are backed by it. You wrote so many times that you need time and if we stay patient then we will all profit from it. Even in this very ann you wrote : " More News is forthcoming please stay patient good things are right around the corner for all those who wait" and for our patience we get buyback @1.2 Burst/share and more "great" investment opportunities? It srsly sounds like unfunny not an update on your asset...

We would like to put this family feud to rest and make everything right with all the people holding ADSactly BURST Units. No matter what price you bought in we will make things right. even if you bought in really high at 70 - 80 BURST each we will make everybody whole. please be patient.

The ADSactly Community Units were the easiest way for us to keep the whole community happy well keeping the BURST Units alive. Everybody will be getting a Copy of the ADSactly Community Units.

That doesn't mean the ADSactly Classic BURST Units will no longer have any value, in fact, they could end up being more valuable if everybody pulled their sell orders and started supporting the asset instead of trying to undercut us.

We were paying out dividends at least once a week in the past and we intend to start those back up in the near future once everything is set.

With BURST we are unable to offer ADSactly Units in exchange for BTC, BTS, STEEM etc. on the Exchange. By creating brand new crypto-assets on the BitShares Exchange we can now have several markets that are independently controlled yet semi-dependent on each other.

The Buy Back of 1.2 BURST is only for those that want out of ADSactly. We don't suggest anybody take that offer unless you really have no interest in sharing in the Wealth that is being generated with the help of the ADSactly Community.

We are not here to hurt anybody. The BURST Community has recently become splintered due to the events that happened with BURST Nation. Which we had no control over and this has affected the community as a whole.

Please, let's work together and help make suggestions and find solutions as to what you would like us to do to make things right for the BURST community.

We can't please everybody, however, we are going to try.

The ADSactly Community Units will be backed up by the entire ADSactly Community which is much bigger than just the BURST Community.

This means there will already me a value attached to each of the units and when we say backed by the community we were trying to explain that the ADSactly Community will decide together what the true Value of ADSactly Community Units should be offered publically at.

ADSactly is an Open Value Economy that is connected with the OKCash Community, Canada eCoin Community, and the STEEM Community to name a few.

The ADSactly Community Vault is a major piece of this Jigsaw Puzzle but it is by no means the only thing backing ADSactly.

Many Cryptocurrency Pioneers are backing ADSactly in terms of Knowledge, Contributions, Support, Guidance,

ADSactly is a DAO in its most basic form. We need to become the Hands, Feet, Eyes, Arms, and Mouth to ADSactly.
