Can't receive BURST

When I try to withdraw BURST from Bittrex to either my wallet.burst-team.us address or to my address created with the address generator Bittrex says it's an invalid address. I also tried using the faucet which says 1 BURST was sent but I haven't received anything... My addresses are giving "Unrecognized search pattern" on the burstcoin.biz explorer. Any ideas?
Would someone be able to send a few BURST to BURST-BY27-37PG-BVQB-362FV for me to test things out?
