Burst Ninja pool mining OK, but payouts seem frozen

Does Burst has the ability to freeze an account for any transactions when 51% of network agrees
If so can we do that on hacked account. If there is no option, we could make it as an feature, so hacked accounts cant get away easily. Perhaps make 51% higher to may be 80% to avoid misuse, and use only under extreme situations
No that is not a good thing to do.
This happened because a few people who used to be friends had the password and then when they split up one of them rifled the checking account.
When the bromance split up the pool wallet should have been migrated to a different account IMO. But that never happened, so here we are.

@rds As long as @crowetic do not change the assignmemt address for .ninja we will se this movie again. You never know when @fanepatent need more money. Personally I will not join ninja as long as address is the same.
I will join in a bit ccminer pool.Agree, the pool has to lock it's door. I'm at cc as well now.

'Wakes up' :-) Just back from 10h work day ... No i can not provide that IP, as faucet uses in-memory db ... in general it would be possible to access in-memory db with squirrel or something, but it needs to be configured to allow that ... and currently it is not ... as soon i shut down faucet ... the information is lost. How about notify assigned accounts at least ... no idea who is responsible for burst.ninja ... but as far as i know the account pw was known to not trustworthy users before, so why after all is it still the same account?!
Accounts assigned to burst.ninja:
http://localhost:8125/burst?requestType=getAccountsWithRewardRecipient&account=BURST-7CPJ-BW8N-U4XF-CWW3U

@crowetic, Good question, I will not be back on Ninja until this is resolved. Anyone on there now must love to gamble with their earnings as they are not safe if a rogue has the pool account password.

I don't like mining on other pools but I feel I have no choice atm.
So what's the solution? Switch the pool wallet to a new address?
-
addresses are being changed, pool has already been secured on the server level, I'll make sure to let everyone know when everything is back fully, most likely tomorrow.
Also, the passphrase for the pool was only known by 3 people, not including haitch as he deleted it a while ago and I believe that he actually did. The only possible person who could have done this is obvious.
That being said, it's being fixed. A ton of crap going on right now as you all know, so we're doing our best and I'm doing my best to not lose my damn mind.
Thank you for the patience in this matter.

Are the deferred and queued amounts from a few days ago lost forever or will they eventually be paid out?
-
Not that it helps a lot... but dump my current balance -- I am not not worried about it (BURST-D5C6-9JH8-2PBJ-DPVAB).
I'll start mining again once the site is secured.

Burstcoin land has turned into Children's playground.
Foolish and childish shit.
Ima steal your lunch money "taking burst whats not theirs" and beat you up "ddos".
================
I'm leaving nicehash.com as well.
Fucking rape
"0.5% or 0.005 BTC (whichever is bigger) fee will be applied. Confirmed balance must be minimal withdraw amount 0.001 plus fee"
Little ppl are pushed out of BTC.
============================
I'm not leaving burst but if it goes down, I have to me a lot of drive space :D.

You're not wrong about the childish stuff. I just put a post about that. It's pushing off us new investors... Some things are better just left offline. But everyone is about 1 upping the last person so this childishness doesn't cease.

Ugh... this is the same beating LTC took in it's early days.
BS Aside... Burst is a good coin with a unique concept backing it.

Just so everyone knows...
http://beta.burst.ninja is now up and running. We can't guarantee that everything is perfect, but we've already made changes vs the stolen ninja v3 code. So it's already improved over that.
But give it a shot if you like, once it's fully tested it will be put back on its original domain, and everyone can continue.
I will be giving a fee reduction and extra bonuses to the pool for first few months to get miners back.
Thanks!
-
@crowetic i think you should drop the fee to 0, as you are having people pay to test your software.
-
NO THANK YOU.
Miner payouts are Deferred until their total pending payout is at least 500 BURST.
I like my burst.
Oboy, I might be just wiping my HDD's and using them for data.
I opened and deleted a thread yesterday, I still live by it. I'm out, done with burst.

@Hitti2 90% of other pools Defer up till 300 burst it's kind of the norm, this pool has been home to mostly miners that earn more than 500 burst per day , raising the deferred amount only saves on transaction fees for all. if after the testing those larger miners do not return then im sure the deferred will be lowered to the standard 300.

500 is good. I'm on that pool now helping with testing. The other thing that @crowetic said they were going to do is roll the block xfees into the pot for the miners, I don't think any other pool does that right now. Like last night the pool won the first block there was 18B block fee, that's 1%, or 1/2 of the pool fee. So hope to see this changed soon, not sure how big of a job it is?
Does this new pool code have a config that oyu just change a switch for the fee or do you have to shut it down and recompile it? Curious.
