Burst Ninja pool mining OK, but payouts seem frozen

I just checked in on the pool and while mining seems to be working, payouts seem frozen. Deferred amounts climbing well past 300 and then showing up as queued. Anything going on I'm not aware of?

Since I opened this thread a few minutes ago the Ninja miner count went from 990 to 0. Not sure what this means. There had been less than 900 miners a day or so ago...seems like a large increase in a short time.

Well, it's 7:40 here in Chicago and the pools seems to be back to normal.

Crowetic just called me, I went and looked at the pool for him. There are a large number of funds in the wallet to be paid out but the application believes the funds are short. I also caught Focus red handed connected to the server so I'm not sure what dirty things have happened yet. I did also catch a nasty back door account called "toor", root spelled backwards. Of course that's been shut down. I'll be looking at the transaction logs next to find out why the application thinks it's short of funds.

There are still a few remaining things to handle, such as changing the reward assignment wallet (main pool wallet as focus has the password for that too, so if any funds go missing we know where to look) and also modifying the pool fee wallet for the same reason.
But for now we'll continue to monitor things until the main dev of the pool comes back online, explain the situation and have things fully taken care of.
Also, the V3 code of ninja is almost done, and focus will NOT be able to use said code, if he does, he's officially stealing code that I paid for. Only basically anyone else, is able to use it. :)

Thanks for the feedback @IceBurst and @crowetic. I expected to hear that there was a server or software issue, not what sounds like spy drama. On behalf of the nearly one thousand people mining on the pool, myself included, I'm asking for a "final report" once the logs have been examined and you feel you have a handle on the details.

@Focus I know someone will take the post from here and relay it to you so consider this notice. If the funds that have been taken from the Burst.Ninja mining pool are not returned you will be Doxxed publicly in multiple locations. This is the only notice you will receive, you have 24 hours from this point (3:38pm EST, your time). Actions like this against the community won't be tolerated.

Man, did you ever before administer a Berkeley derived unix ? The "toor" user is a standard feature, read up on it before spreading FUD.

Man, did you ever before administer a Berkeley derived unix ? The "toor" user is a standard feature, read up on it before spreading FUD.
Don't be a noob, it should be disabled by default. Good security practice dictates that default account are disabled.

focus has been moving funds into another wallet. so ninja is deferring all payouts.
thats the reason why miners aint getting paid

Absolutely, There was a period of time not too long ago (about a month) when the wallet was compromised by a legacy individual in the community. At that point Focus wrote a short script to auto move the Ninja payouts to another account to secure them for the miners until it was resolved. Focus does have the passphrase for ninjas payment wallet and proved his tool worked. It appears the tool has been reactivated as fund are being siphoned off.

@IceBurst, thanks for the feedback. I take it this auto-siphon wasn't immediately found to be the cause when you first looked into this a few days back. If not, was this responsible for the pool queuing again today?
