We'll have to see what comes back from the otherside. To me personally it looks like end game, emcb showed Adam liquidating/transferring 40 MILLION BURST. At the current prices that 210BTC!

You are correct, when I looked the other day it was short about 6K coins, there was 50K in the wallet (deferred). He knew the pool pays nothing if it can't reconcile the entire balance. At that point in time we considered adding to the pool from personal funds knowing that Focus had the mentioned tool. In the past some times the pool server would come up short if there was a valid network fork and tried to pay on orphan blocks.
I'm glad we didn't as you can see all the funds have now been stolen and sent to the "Blow Me" account.

@falconCoin , all in good time. it will be done at some point in the near future, but now there are more important things to take care of . ninja pool is down and there are almost 1k miners that can't mine now. once that is handled, we can point fingers later

We are working on resolving the situation as quickly as possible.
The theft is obvious, as focus had the script that would auto-grab coin from ninja's payouts and send to another wallet, and as you can see by the txs, that's exactly what was being done here.

@crowetic I can accept that there has been a Theft, however how do we know it is Focus. Is this just a best guess, or can it only be him?

It's not mining right now, it's dead in the water. Hopefully you will get the deferred and queued payments if/when the stolen funds are recovered.

@RichBC The account that stole the funds was funded by a burst-team.us faucet for it's name change. I've asked if it's possible to link the funding request to an IP address, as the faucet tracks both. If it can be tracked, we can positively tie the address to an IP.

Yes I had checked the funding, so if we can link IP's that would be good. But what we are saying at the moment is that we do not know who stole the Funds.Rich
