My server is not working online only on the computer help me

Hello, I'm from Brazil, could anyone help me to put my burst server online, I followed all the installation steps and it runs everything right on my computer but I try to view it in the browser and nothing happens just from the page error, the That may be, could you help me put this servirdor online here in Brazil. I do not speak English, I'm using google translator. Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Rogério Starck.
