I admit 3% might not be sustainable forever. As I sell more shares I expect this to go down, however that doesn't mean that my payouts won't be great. As I get more capital to trade I can make bigger trades, therefore I am able to make more profit to payout.

I am new to asset management but everyone has to start somewhere, that's why I am not coming out here and selling shares for 100 a piece.
I do think I will be a good manager just because of how small my asset is, honestly the process is simple.

I sell shares
Trade with funds I receive
Div up the burst I make and pay out the 75% to holders
I have been investing money since I was 18 when I bought a condo to rent out with money I earned from buying and selling shoes and various other things, I never had a job or got money from my parents. As I sell shares I plan to walk the price up for as long as the market allows me. I started selling shares at 0.75 Burst a piece, then 80, 85, and now they are going for about 1 Burst a piece.

I think my best trait is that I am NOT trying to manage a huge asset, all I want is to manage my own little asset and have a good time. I honestly didn't need to create this asset but I have been involved with burst for a long time and managing an asset has been on my bucket list. So if you don't want to invest I totally understand as I have been 'shafted' by a few myself. Uniburst, Casino ect.

Just take 10 free shares so you can see the numbers for yourself, seeing is believing.

This is how I plan to raise the value of my asset. Once the ones for 1 sellout then the price will be raised to 1.25, meaning that everyone who bought at 1 has already made a profit.

@BigBear It means that if I go negative or make less profit then 5k I will take 5k out of my personal wallet to payout to my asset holders. That way there is never a day without a payout

@Hades the profits you make on POLO are only based on Burst trading or you diversify the bursts gathered from the asset into other coins for trading? I am asking this as when the price of burst skyrocketed last week there was a bloodbath at the AE and therefore people started selling like crazy all kind of assets. So we know if this Asset is mainly based on Burst, and if not what's the percentage of Burst you keep.

@vExact I trade all different types of crypto. Before payouts I turn everything into burst and split up the profits.
70% is payed out to asset holders
15% is reinvested for growth
15% is kept by me :)

Hmmm well glad to hear u have some real estate investing experience. However to get my coin need all the questions answered.
Also need a solid issue asset plan of action. You say greatest trait will be keeping asset small however you will issue assets from .80 all the way up to what market is willing to pay..... doesn't add up. How many shares total will you put into circulation?
