Issues with Poloniex support?

Hello bursters, I'm having issues contacting support at Poloniex, is anyone here having the same issue?
I sent them a support ticket 3 days ago and still nothing...
How long it normally take for them to answer?

@Kevin Normally they respond in an hour or two - 3 days indicates a problem. Resubmit your request.

After 10 days, I had no response, and got the attention of the trollbox mods. They pushed it through in a few minutes. Support there has been VERY slow to respond.

@haitch @ryanw thank you mister! I will try to talk with them inside the trollbox, probably my ticket was lost.
I know they are having issues with ddos attacks, they posted that on twitter, probably that is the cause the support is slow?

WHAT??? has anyone had a response from poloniex is an hour or 2? in the last 6 months it takes up to 6 to 7 day. their site is so screwed up that they have thousands of open tickets. the site crashes every 24 hours because they have not upgraded for more users for over a year.

@PeterSkrzyniarz I have an Ticket open with Polo that is over a month old. Hope they are hiring more people.

That's about how long I had to wait for my ticket with polo to get resolved.
