Cancelling an Asset Buy Order

is it normal when i cancel a buy order of an asset. I don't get the money back?
cause i just cancel my first assert buy order and now that the cancellation is confirmed by 305 i didn't receive any funds back.

@jandavid012 It would be nice to put a screenshot or at least the address burst to be able to look, if you do not give more data it is difficult to help
