Cant get starting balance from faucets

Hi im new to crypto currencies and burst but from what i know you need to pay 1 burst to start mining. I tried to get it from faucets but i keep getting an error saying "Sorry, faucet could not access wallet in order to send your BURST. Please try again later." Idk if I did something wrong setting up my account or something because im 100% sure im typing in the correct account id. Can someone try to send me 1 burst as I dont know what else todo.
