Hi! I have a problem. When i try for the first time to send the address and the passphrase to the request for mine in burst-team.us pool, it say me the damned error 5. I was reading some reply in the forum for this error.. I have do a faucet, my balance is 2 burst.. I can find my account DevilAngel in the finder there is it! What can I do? @DevilAngel An Error 5 generally means that the passphrase you're submitting for the transaction doesn't match the account passphrase. It's somehow different - a space at the beginning or end, a newline in the middle, it's going to be a subtle error, but it's the wrong passphrase.

@haitch, if we had a box moving machine (error code library) you could've just said, see "error code library sticky".

@DevilAngel It's an unknown account because the passphrase is wrong, and the account matching the passphrase you're using doesn't exist. Somewhere in the process, your passphrase has been messed up.

The account is the same the program say me to paste there.. and the passphrase is the same as I log in.. what can I do?

@DevilAngel copy the pass phrase to the clipboard, then goto https://wallet.burst-team.us and paste the passphrase. Does it take you to your account or a new one? If a new one, then there is a problem with the stored password or how it's being copied to clipboard.

A new one.. strange. So, i don't understand. The passphrase i need to copy is the principal or the local wallet?

@DevilAngel You need the exact phrase used to create the initial wallet.

So, the pass of 1st wallet created in my account. Nothing, same error.. There is a video guide to fix this issue?

@DevilAngel There is nothing that can be fixed. If you don't have the passphrase for the initial account, it's gone. Start over with your save passphrase. You'll need to replot any plot files you've created. Make a backup copy of the passphrase, don't solely store it in the AIO.

He should do what I did;
Store it on a text file on my PC.
Store it on your android device as well.I don't store it on the wallet; personally I think it's vulnerable if I do so.

Nothing, same error. I remade from 0 an account, do a faucet, made a new wallet.. nothing! I'm losing all hope.

@DevilAngel Create a new account. Copy the generated passphrase into notepad, making sure it's not wrapped over more than one line, then save the file. Copy/paste that passphrase and you'll go into the same account everytime.

Ok, now i have a single online wallet account. I paste the passphrase when it have to be pasted then nothing. The faucets are dead.. Idk why all people in this world can mine without problems and I have a ton of problems. BURST-6EZM-HK8Y-SC4F-2DW7W This is my id. @DevilAngel What wallet are you using? Local or online? In the dashboard what's the height of the Most Recent Block ? ( Right hand columns)

@DevilAngel Your wallet looks to be up to date. Don't know why your wallet is not showing the funds. I just tested sending that account - BURST-6EZM-HK8Y-SC4F-2DW7W - 5 Burst, and the client showed you to be a valid account with a balance of 2 Burst.
