Proxy for mining

Hello, my pc are behind a Firewall, only port 80 and 443 is open,
so i need a proxy, in the config file from miner v1.160705 is a section called proxy, but no documentation http? socket 4/5? proxy or any else, whalt kinde of proxy cann i use?

or i need a pool that usses port 80/443.

@yogi I fear the proxy setting in miner has nothing to do with what you are looking for, it is for setting up multiple miner instances as far as i remember, maybe @Blago can confirm.
