Pools for everyone
-
Just my 2 cents here but I have to agree with @gpedro on this one I think in the long run moving to cap pools would bring in more new mines and help decentralized the network which would hopefully help eliminate some of the problems that have affected the network over the past couple months although I don't ever see this happening I don't know any of the pool owners personally but what I do know is nobody likes to have the rules changed in the middle of the game

@gersey Thanks for the support xD
I agree with you when you say that nobody likes changes, that is in the human nature, although change leads to progress so if no one see any disadvantages on my proposal and only benefits, i believe it leads to progress...
But provably the skin in the game will make some of them to ignore my proposal or even try to descredit me but what i am trying to do is solve some issues that are around for some time and that are preventing us all from get along and work all together to the benefit of the community, like things were once upon a time... ;D

@gpedro said in Pools for everyone:
@socalguy What i'm proposing would make the network totally de-centralized and really fair rewards for everyone... The purpose of a decentralized network is to have a big number of full nodes and you can only force that to happen by making more worthy solomine than pool mine so people run their wallets and mine with them...
We have 7056 miners and 18 pools + 52 solominers = 70 full nodes mining, wich is around 1% of the total miners, don't you find this number too low? I do, and don't you think this can cause problems?
Also you said that we should be focusing on get more miners, that's true but don't you think if the rewards are more even there will be more incentive for new miners to come? I do...
Can you tell me where you got the data shown above?
