Online Wallet Downloading Blockchain?

Hello.
I am trying to access my online wallet at https://wallet.burst-team.us:8126/index.html however every time I visit this it just sats
The blockchain is currently downloading. Please wait until it is up to date.I assume the online wallet does not require downloading anything?
How can I fix this issue?

@Energy Wow! That worked, many thanks! I would like to learn more about this, can you please tell me what the different ports do? Are there any other ones besides these two?

@BigBear The different ports are just different wallet installations, if you wanted to have more than one wallet installed on your pc you would have to use different port for each one.
So in this case one is updating the database and the other not and also if you look at different versions one is 1.2.7 and another 1.2.8.
What you can do is to enter https://wallet.burst-team.us and it directs you to the different facilities, if one does not go well you reload the https://wallet.burst-team.us until you go to another
