I bought some burst's from poloniex, then make a transfer to my burst account, burst coins were visible for few days but later i am unable to find those burst in my wallet.The transaction id still available with all details. @matabrez But did you receive the transaction or not? If I received it is not problem of the site that says @emcb because there the transaction if it is reflected, if it did not arrive the problem will be poloniex I suppose

The transaction is present on the site, but @matabrez did not receive the coins (you can check it via your wallet)!
This becomes a problem @matabrez, not Polo

@emcb Because if you did not receive the coins the problem is poloniex, as I said in the other post burstcoin.biz are only data in a database, transactions are not done on that site, if the coins have disappeared the problem will be poloniex Or blockchain
They are 2 totally different things, poloniex will do the transactions through your wallet since I do not see any type of api in burstcoin.biz to carry out transactions, so on the one hand we have that the page has the problem that it does not erase from the database Transactions that are not confirmed and we have the other mistake of missing the burst

10 min ago i'm successfully deposit BURST from online wallet to poloniex and then withdraw btc to another site.
if You made transfer and not recieve coins - they will back to you after ~3 days

@matabrez can not withdraw Burst coins.
The problem is that they are returned to the main purse of Polo, but not on your personal wallet Polo.
And Polo refuses to check transaction in his wallet!
Support Polo watch the transaction only on the Block Explorer.

@matabrez I would get in touch with poloniex.
I do not know if this works exactly like this but in the history of the payment address at the indicated time I do not see that the transaction has left so they should return their burst to their poloniex account

You probably do not quite understand - I already wrote that support Polo does not want to resolve the issue and sends to the developers Burst on this issue!If you do not believe me, here's the official answer from their support:
"We process hundreds of BURST withdrawals per day and you are the only person thus far who has reported any issue. We have also confirmed the transaction on the block explorer. I am sorry but it is not my responsibility to personally create an account or wallet to check this.
As I have stated above, the transaction was broadcast to the address provided and has left our wallet. If you have any doubts please contact the Burst developers regarding your transaction, providing them with the link I sent you containing this transaction. By all means if they think there is an issue they are welcome to contact us directly.

@emcb What they say to me is not acceptable, as they are not responsible ??? Perhaps they do not earn money at the expense of the transactions ??? Maybe if we can all check the transaction in our wallet can not they do it in yours? Maybe they pay something to burstcoin.biz to be responsible instead of them ??? I do not know I do not see the normal response given

This issue happens when the network forks badly like a week ago - devs are working on this.
The blockex should clean up its database / resync more frequently - we are looking to solve this also asap. This doesn't mean we will fix it today or tomorrow...The Exchanges can use https://wallet.burst-team.us with a random string as passphrase and then use the "Search" function.

The BlockEx is only one node with a sql database in the background. It can be wrong.

@daWallet That's the right thing, if they only use burstcoin.biz as proof it seems very unprofessional, then the question would be, if tomorrow closes burstcoin.biz they close the burst exchange?

As I wrote above, they don't want to do.
They require that if there is a problem with the BlockEx, the developers should contact them.
