Can I install the Burst Client on multiple PC's and mine to the same pool using the same account on all?

@tblaine27 Yes, you can use the same account in as many pc as you want or in the online wallets

@tblaine27 If you're using the Burst AIO client on multiple PC's, you need to use advanced mode to manually select your starting Nonces, otherwise each PC will have the same nonces as the others.
