@popoy17 java 32bit?! you should lower -Xmx1990m until it works ... maybe 1600m or 1024m ...
Btw. maybe check for another plotter https://forums.burst-team.us/category/48/plotter
The one you use is the first proof of concept plotter, e.g. XPlotter and also other CPU/GPU plotters are way better.

i just did what you say admin and it works fine now thanks for the help and thanks for the link..
one more question sir admin do ineed to download the block chain blocks to mine?

@popoy17 for pool mining you do not need to install a wallet/download blockchain, but i suggest to do it anyway ... as it is more secure and you do not depend on online wallets. (but with 32bit system i'm not sure wallet will run stable, due lack of memory)
btw. i'm just user like you, that admin role is just because i offered to maintain software section.

@luxe thank you sir admin what software is the best for mining ? i am using 32 bit and it seems no pool is added in the software i downloaded how to add it sir admin?

@popoy17 you can try jminer (https://github.com/de-luxe/burstcoin-jminer/releases), but you have to remove '-d64' from run.bat file, thats the force 64bit flag. jminer requires openCL support, so check you gpu with e.g. gpu-z first.
Also creepMiner has 32 bit version https://github.com/Creepsky/creepMiner/releases/tag/2.5.2

@luxe i tried the jminer but i have problem wit opencl and also tried this creepminer there are so many ddl missing and i download them all but icant find the libeay32MD.dll seems not existing
