Burst Blockchain DDL - Updated Regular every 24h (Zipped)
-
@haitch Currently in the compressed version link is the old file format .h2, can I simple rename it?
-
@MrWho Really? I'll have to look into that. No you can't rename it, but apparently the 1.2.7 can work with both h2 and mv dbs. I'll look into why it's an h2, but the whole online wallet configuration is being updated.
-
db.zip is just 1.3KB in size, can someone look into this?
-
@Daforce There was a broken update - fixing it now
-
hi guys
now takes me somewhere completely different than to download the database
-
-
Trying to download https://db.burst-team.us/ currently produces...
502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu)

Yes :)

@deancrowe I had to take it down because someone in Zimbabwe was using it for a DoS attack on me. They're now blocked at the firewall, I'll get it back up.
-
@haitch friendly ping. It's still down.
-
@polyomino It's working here .... https://db.burst-team.us/db.zip
-
@haitch I guess so. Working now. My bad.
Thanks!

Can this database be updated today? Maybe once a week works better than every 24hrs
-
@Burstde I still have issues after process block 355000. Wallet databases are unstable.
After block 355000 is processed my local wallet stops and displays this message
The request timed out. Warning: This does not mean the request did not go through. You should wait a couple of blocks and see if your request has been processed.Later my wallet will blow up

@haitch Hi! I am having difficulty downloading the Burst blockchain. It gets stuck at 90.02%. Where should I extract the zip files to in windows 10? Thanks so much?
-
@cunningfox download the zip and extract it to:C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\BurstWallet\burst_db
-
Just a friendly heads up that the db.zip server seems to be having issues.

@FlippyCakes http://burstdb.arihanc.com/
Is a dump from my node from the 10th of this month so you will need to catch up with roughly 3 days.
-
@arihan Thanks! My most recent non-corrupted copy was from February.
