on BN I wasn't able to promote a core strength of burst, smart contracts (matter of fact, first ever). never understood why core strengths of the coin could not be promoted on BN. i would thought key strengths of the coin could be promoted anywhere.
i can on this forum. thanks to @haitch, @Lexicon & @msgAnton i will leverage what was already set up. :-)
