Burst about to BURST?
-
@jynson History.
-
Hm i think burst will get even higher. May be not straight this weak but i see great potential in it! So to be honest i do not think it is a good idea to sell so cheap ;) . But that's my opinion .
-
Holding Burst long term is the secret for wealth generation ;)
-
@Gadrah_ Yes agreed, but no harm in doing a bit of Trading on the way, buying the dips and selling the peaks. :-)

@RichBC If you know what you're doing then yes absolutely ! I, for one, prefer playing with the asset exchange to get some free burst. There is a lot of money to be made only by buying at release price and selling a few days later :)
-
@Gadrah_ That as well :-)
-
-
We're reaching 2 million USD in market cap, 127 BTC volume on polo, 100 BTC in buy orders... Burst is looking pretty good right now :)
Edit : last price : 113 sat. Nice prediction @newsense2004
-
@newsense2004 Yes great prediction, should have listened to you. Sold some at 99 & 101, but more at 113 :-) Just need a nice dip now to buy it all back....

Wow still pumping up ! I'm curious to see where this will stop
-
as long as the pump hold's and dont dump i dont care where it stops

People losing faith in btc? How do y'all feel about this falling satoshi price and it's relation to the true Burst to fiat value?
-
@k.coins Another hiccup for BTC in a history full of hiccups... I don't think people are losing faith, but bitcoin is getting rid of a few weak hands I'd say. At least it leaves more room for altcoins to grow.
-
@Gadrah_ so you don't think the Coinbase miner's fees announcement, growing likelihood of a hardfork or the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance has anything to do with it? Weak hands or smart plays? Also, the fiat value of burst is tied to btc, so is the usd value really moving that much?
-
bitcoin is a digital currency , has no value other than that.... it's only king because it was first and most well known, the more people get involved with it and then learn about alt coins and what they can offer at some point bitcoin will be dethroned by a coin with better things to offer. Burst is def in the alt coin race to the top it may be behind in value and marketcap but is def not behind on the tec it has to offer.
-
@Gibsalot similar arguments could be made for paper money - value is only given by demand and perhaps it's utility. The form seems less important. Hence my curiosity in the true value of a burst-btc pairing at this point.
-
@k.coins it's odd ill give it that i have seen burst go up with BTC going up witch would say value is based on USD but then i have also seen the oposit, in the long its more a value of USD but see fast movement when BTC moves fast on the short
-
@k.coins I do believe that if the hardfork finally happens it could be a terrible blow to btc (and a huge opportunity for ETH). However I may be wrong but I don't think the hardfork will happen even though it's making a lot of noise. This is only my opinion, I'm not an expert and not the most informed guy out there.
I'd say the usd value of burst is indeed on a uptrend if we take a look at the usd price history.
-
@Gadrah_ and @Gibsalot I do like those marketcap numbers. Once people realize, like most of us have, how much more one can do with these digital currencies in terms of capital growth than their fiat counterparts, it's all going up anyway lol

@k.coins said in Burst about to BURST?:
@Gadrah_ so you don't think the Coinbase miner's fees announcement, growing likelihood of a hardfork or the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance has anything to do with it? Weak hands or smart plays? Also, the fiat value of burst is tied to btc, so is the usd value really moving that much?
As of right now BURST is up (last 24 hrs) about 30% in usd and 39% in btc.
