For the past 48 hours, I haven't been able to connect to pools to mine. Is it just me or it's general.
I also notice few miners are responding in the pool. We were almost 50 miners responding before but now only 5 miners.Help please.

Thats because it was likely being attacked, what pool was it ?

Yes thats being attacked, it was and must still be, wait it out or switch to a working pool sir, sadly I cannot offer any better advice :(
