I'm somewhat surprised by the lack of interest in this asset - but for those that invested in it, your current ROI stands at 120% for the first payment - that's only going to go up without more purchases.

That sounds "too good to be true" :-) Would you care to share the maths?

@RichBC At time of posting:

1,500 shares sold + my 10% = 1,650
Burst in the Asset account 200,000.

200,000 / 1,650 = 120 Burst per Share. I forgot to take out the 20% for re-investment, so actually 160,000 / 650 = 97 Burst / Share. And still 10 more days worth of dividends to come in.

The asset has earned 200,000 Burst, with 1,650 shares sold the distribution is (200,000 * 0.8 ) / 1650 = 97 Burst / Share.

Thats weird, because it means that if more people buy the share, the lesser dividends they get?

@haitch is there a reason so many share where released at once? i recall last time there was not that many all at once i may be wrong... also sounds like we want less shares sold right now so we get more per.

@skyline_king88 No, when I first released it I put all the shares up at once. This time I'm staggering it so the funds don't just go into buying assets that exist today.

If all the available shares sell, then the ROI will be around 4-5%, which is still very good, but if less shares sell the ROI increases, so investors want to buy, and hope other people don't buy.

@haitch alright i couldn't remember how many shares where released last time... even 4-5% is dam good return on first div payout. got some myself will be buying more as i see the payout and price going good on these.. is your share release gonna be staggered price to go with market or set to 90?
