Massive drop in Netdiff

So weird thing I noticed today is that the Netdiff dropped from about 13PB to 8PB and yet price is skyrocketing........That doesn't make sense lol wouldn't MORE ppl mine if price goes up????

@socal Adam's rain bursts are screwing with the pools - it's caused every pool I'm aware of to fork at least once. It's killed ninja and mobile's wallets along the way. When the pools get screwed with netdiff gets screwed with in a big time, that messes up block times when the chains reconverge.
