@rds Yeah I can't either. I could a few minutes ago, as well as submit deadlines but no longer.
Edit: Can't access the page from my phone either.
Can't access the pool page from either NJ or FL USA.

@rds From WI I'm having no issue accessing it. I think some one has screwed up a routing table , but who?
What output do you get from opening a CMD window and doing: tracert -d pool.ccminer.net
-
@haitch my doimain expired I purchased it for 3 years so I forgot!
Now my bank is "sleeping", tomorrow I'll renew the domain

@rds That DNS resolved name is not the address of the pool - the pool is at 216.165.179.115
208.91.197.13 is an IP somewhere in the Virgin Islands.
I don't know how/why you ISP is returning a bogus address for the site - but I'd suggest you change you DNS provider to Google: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4, or OpenDNS: 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220

just renewed the doiman!!!

How, exactly, do I change my DNS provider? Is that Comcast or some setting in my computer?

216.165.179.115
It was the domain issue but you can access it through http://216.165.179.115:8080... Try to point your miner manually to that address and should fix your issue i think
EDIT: if you don't know how to do it go to %Appdata%/Roaming/BurstWallet/[miner_folder] open the config file and change the link to what i said above and restart the miner... You should be mining by then, if you just enter and hit a block my wallet is in the signature hahhaha ;D
-
So are you guys mining now? http://pool.ccminer.net:8080/ comes up timed out.
-
@rds Do what i told you above it will work... the DNS for the domain is not updated yet even if @ccminer has already renewed the domain, changing this to the IP will point your miner directly to the VM hosted by @haitch without the need to get the DNS solved ;D
-
@gpedro, do I have to do a reward assignment to this address?
-
@rds no the pool account is the same, just change the miner settings and you are good to go!

@rds @haitch just told me it would not work due to the DDOS protection so i appologize but it would work as a fix if it would not be due to the DDOS protection xD

Set up the miners for the IP address. It works. No DDOS protection??
-
@rds Good then you already know that if you hit a block, my wallet address is in my signature feel free to donate some if you want heheehe
It should have DDOS protection, like @haitch said it may work for some pools, i guess it depends on the rules established for each IP address...
@haitch looks like i afterall outsmarted you hehehe jk

So I am away for a couple of Days so thought I would mine on ninja and see how the rewards compare and what happens?
Has there been any Attack on ccminer and if so how is the protection working?

@ccminer Thought I would share this. It's a cut from the Pools Data with an added column Blocks / Finder.
What I found interesting was the comparison between the Solo Miners and ccminer which implies that the average plot size for the Solo Miners is less than the average on ccminer?
For reference I have 80TB and have mined 12 Blocks in the last 10 days, so just under but close to the ccminer average, suggesting that the average Solo Miner has less than 80TB? I had always assumed that they would all be at least 100TB with then some very large ones?
