its also better for the network if users spread out rather than go for the one at the top. as the smaller pools are also burst nodes. and the more nodes the stronger the network.
ive noticed yesterday that most of the top pools forked at least 4 times, the day before was worse. (when a pool forks no one gets payouts)
im currently mining with 1.7tb on lexpool.

@petersk i think its recommended over 10tb or something for them pools. they are for larger miners.
pools like lexpool, trosspool and a few others allow for any miner regardless of size

i don't have much space of drive, cant i still miner with 100GB space left on my hard driver.
