Noticed I lost some of my GB when i deleted plots to re-plot

- side note, he dropped one and I took it from him because he said it was broke. Opened it up, moved the read/write arm back into place and voila = free 8 TB! heheheh

@darindarin Personally I won't buy any more Seagates. The only drives I've had die during mining have been Seagate ( 5 x )
I had an 8TB SAS "Enterprise" drive. It died, RMA'd and got a replacement. It died after 3 Days. RMA'd again, replacement arrived DOA. RMA'd again - haven't tested the replacement replacement for the replacement yet ............

@k.coins thats awesome..haha. quick question how long of a plotting process was it before it was ready.. and did you use all 7.2tb's? or did you leave some room ?

@haitch jeeeeez talk about a headache.. everyone i ask locally about seagate says WD instead and that seagate testing is very weak. im pretty much on the fence with the one in the picture.. the 500gb drive i also have pictured is a seagate that is 8 years old or older and i found in a shoebox when i first discovered this new coin... ive been looking on ways to plot two drives at once .. wouldnt mind pushing my 900gb a little further with the 500gb seagate if it is possible without RAID

@darindarin WD, HGST, Toshiba, never Seagate again.
Edit Using the GPU plotter you can plot multiple drives simultaneously, but you need to get down and use the command line. Ask if you need details

@darindarin It can take up to a week to plot that size, depending on your system specs. And as far as how much space I fill - all of it (xplotter v1.0, can fill the drive for you if you use the -n 0 parameter, check out the thread on it if you haven't already)
