Sending Wrong Burst Address

What can be done if someone sends some Burstcoins to the wrong Brust address? Can it be reported under the General Discussion?

You've either messed up big time, or if the person realizes they got an anonymous payment and are kind enough to give it back they can. You can also send a message to the address and explain the situation or if their wallet name is related to a forum name ask them through a pm to get it back.
